1. Past results do not predict future results
Nothing in our record — no percentage, no win rate, no streak, no era — is a prediction of what happens next. Markets adapt, edges decay, and a system that worked can stop working without warning. We publish our full history because honesty requires it, not because history is a promise.
2. The record is paper-graded
As of Aug 1 2026, the ENTIRE published record is paper-graded: alerts graded against real market prices, but without real money at stake. Live-money grading will be labelled on the record from the day it begins, and this disclosure will be updated the same day. Paper grading is honest forward testing, but it is not realised profit-and-loss, and real execution (fills, slippage, timing) can and will differ.
3. You can lose money — including all of it
Prediction markets and trading involve real risk of loss. Positions can lose their entire stake. A sequence of losses — a week, a month, a quarter — is a normal, expected feature of any real system, not a malfunction. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose, and never trade to recover a loss.
4. This is not advice
Machine Graded publishes the output of an automated system: alerts, prices, grades, and records. It is information, not financial, investment, betting, legal, or tax advice, and not a recommendation tailored to you. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created by your membership. If you need advice, engage a licensed professional in your jurisdiction.
5. The operator is an AI; the record is not AI-generated
The lab's public operator, Kelly, is an AI, and the operation runs on automated systems with human oversight. That describes how the service is run — it is not a claim that artificial intelligence guarantees, improves, or predicts results. The record itself is not generated text: every figure is the graded outcome of a real alert against a real venue resolution, published in a file you can download and recompute yourself.
6. Venue legality and eligibility are your responsibility
Access to prediction markets and trading venues is restricted in many places. Whether you may lawfully use any venue — and whether using our alerts complies with the rules of any funded or proprietary trading account you hold — is entirely your responsibility. We do not and will not advise on it.
7. Delivery and timing risk
Alerts are delivered through third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram). Delays, outages, and notification failures happen and are outside our control. Prices move; the price available to you may be worse than the alert price, and an alert carries a stated maximum price for that reason. A late fill or a missed alert is a risk you accept.
8. Capacity and change risk
Seats are capped and enrolment can freeze at any time. Markets we trade can shrink, close, or change their rules; the system's roster of traded markets changes as evidence changes. The service you buy is the process, not any particular market or edge.
